Ohio State has extended a new offer to Oak Park, Mich., 2019 four-star QB Dwan Mathis this morning. Dwan is committed to Michigan State. He was at Friday Night Lights last July and looked really good, really wanted that Ohio State offer. They would have been a strong contender with an offer then, but I see this as being too late now.
