Help! Metal roof, only 8-10 years old as I bought my house refurbished / renovated. My metal roof is leaking. Tried to fix but it's not doing the job. Gonna call roofers just don't want to get ripped off. Wondering if I'll need whole new roof or is fixing metal roofing common?
