I'm a coffee nut. I consider espresso the ultimate and have a blast roasting my own beans. My usual source, Sweet Maria's, did away with my favorite espresso blend called Moka Kadir which is a chocolatey, dark nut, slightly sweet profile. I'm not a bright flavor fan at all.

I'd like to get my own green beans to roast if anyone has a mix they could recommend. I have no problems buying roasted beans - I've purchased beans from Klatch, Stumptown, and Verve but it's been a while. I know my chances are slim here but if anyone can recommend a TOP source for green or roasted beans w/ a dark fruit, wood, and nut profile I'd love to hear it.

In case anyone would ask I have a Rancillio Silvia espresso machine, a Behmor 1600+ roaster, a Compak K5 grinder and a Baratza Virtuoso grinder for drip.
