I'm looking for some energy that is at least somewhat healthy. My work schedule sometimes may only allow me maybe 3 or 4 hours of sleep a night so about halfway through my shift the yawning tends to start without anything. I've been drinking Zip Fizz and while I like it, I try my best to change it up every so often.
