So I am turning 30 a month from tomorrow. I live in the Destin, FL area and would love to rent out a condo out on 30A for my birthday (2/9-2/11). Problem is, while the daily room rates are affordable, I never realized how ridiculous all the fees (housekeeping fee, etc) are. A nice condo that is a total of $300 turns into $1,000 sometimes after all these crazy fees, which is nowhere close to the money that I can afford
I guess the question is I'm reaching out to anyone I can to see if anyone has any connections with 30a places to see if I can get help with getting a place without crazy fees. I know it's doubtful, but couldn't hurt to ask
