Great detail on this article. Even though its last year, it evidently has been going on a long time.

I found it Interesting its labeled legally as "Entertainment" , not competition between 32 teams.
According to this (dead) lawyer, It's much more like WWE than we think.
The money is coming from the highest bidder, which is Corporations.. just like most of the rest of the USA, Inc!
