OT: ? on property theft?

Woke up this morning to find garage open, with my mower and 2 bikes stolen. It’s about 1500 worth of stuff, but my question is it worth it to file a police report and get some back through my homeowners or will the increase in premiums not be worth filing for?

I’m also worried about this showing up and lowering my property value. Thoughts?
