During the slow season I thought I would post another question to the board experts. I try not to get too far in the weeds with supplements as I just don't trust them, knowing that there is no regulations on what they put in their products. The 2 things that I do use is Protein isolate powder and creatine. I am currently using Dymatize iso 100 protein and Green Magnitude creatine. I like both but wonder if there is something better.
Dyamtize- contains sucralose which I would like to avoid, also would grass fed be more beneficial.
Green Magnitude- Like the Magnesium creatine as monohydrate caused GI problems but don't like sucralose and artificial colorings which are added.
I'm interested to here what others are using and thoughts.
