OT: When do tickets go on sale for 2024 and when is the best time to buy? Anyone selling 10/26?

I am going to the OSU-NEB game on 10/26/24 with buddies for a bachelor party weekend. When do tickets go on sale and when is the best time to buy ALSO:: Anyone have a handful of tickets their looking to sell for that game?
