She evidently threatened to withhold DNC funding from certain Democratic House members if they didn’t vote in favor of impeachment. How is this not quid pro quo? She is seeking to damage/compromise a political opponent by threatening those who hold the power to do so into voting so, evidently with zero regard as to how they might actually vote. Sounds kinda illegal, don’t it?
