For the naysayers, what were we told was going to happen? "Peace in our time" - HARDLY? Negotiation progress - likely!? But we all should know and realize NoKo will be VERY SLOW to change/modernize. After all, NoKo is a pure dictatorship backed by its military that wants to fight!?
