You had said prior to the start of this season that Coach Day wanted to hire a staff that was so good that it was unfair for all opponents (paraphrasing but I think that was close).
With the season in the rearview I wanted to get your take on that statement along with what your thoughts are moving forward after what I would deem a large enough sample size with games, recruiting (this class and next), and one if not two hires being made with departures?
