Listening to Zach Smith’s podcast a few weeks ago got me thinking. And I just dont think that I have the kind of answers some of you might have right off the top of your head. IF URBAN WENT TO USC (I say that in caps to note that I am not saying he will just saying IF) Smith said that he would get Pantoni, Coach Mick, Ryan Stamper and Tony Alford to go with him. IF that were to happen I have a few questions for you guys.......
1. Who replaces each of the staff members listed above?
2. Does Day/Gene Smith thinking even now if this were to happen who possible targets might be? Or is this something they wait for it to happen first?
3. This would be an enormous hit and one might argue its bigger then losing Urban but what does Ryan look for to replace this high of quality of staff member?
