There is zero chance moldy product on the black market ever gets "recalled" like this. Nope, street dealers will gladly sell this stuff to middle school students while protecting their turf with intimidation and violence.
Legal, regulated markets controlled by licensed business owners are much safer than prohibition (or decriminalized) markets controlled by criminals. Of course, our resident prohibitionists (or decriminalization advocates) won't have the stones to admit that. Right, @osu68 and @tIUguy2?!
