listening to his interview it’s hard to believe that guy is only 40 years old. His responses are those of a guy who has been a head coach at a major venue for decades. I think our biggest concern will be an NFL team throwing a boatload of money after this guy. Colin Powell once said “a leader is someone others will follow to see where they are going...” He is that guy.
