I haven't seen this discussed anywhere, so I apologize if I just missed it.
The opener is a tough road game at night. If they're lucky, the team will be back and in bed by what, 3 AM Tuesday? Four and a half days later, they kick off again. I know nothing about Hawaii, but assuming they're not Michigan State, that still seems like a tall order for college kids, maybe even exploitive, since the only reason for the Monday night game is TV.
