Scout Cancellation Advice.....

My subscription to TOS was up earlier this month... the credit card they have on file is NOT accurate and up to date..... so instead of dealing with this hassle of trying to cancel (which I have read was a nightmare) I just decided to let nature take its course since they didn't have up to date credit card information....I received an email last month explaining that they didn't have up to date info, etc.....

To my dismay, my credit card was charged $99.95 today...... can someone explain to me how this is even possible? And what my recourse would be to get these charges off my card? Should I contact my bank and let them deal with this? How the hell did they even get my current card #?
