That isn't a defense at all. In fact, it's the opposite of a defense. It's an admission that Dominion's law suit is completely with merit and that Dominion should prevail. "The Kraken's" attorneys are as terrible at practicing law as their client, and it's a tall order to be that ****ing bad. To win this $1.3B law suit Dominion has to prove two things - the latter of which is usually very difficult to prove:
NOW, does anyone think the Trumpians will understand the ramifications of such a legal filing? If they have the requisite intelligence to understand, does anyone think they have the integrity to admit that this was all a huge fraud perpetuated by Trump and his enablers/co-conspirators?!

- Sidney Powell knew the statements were false when she made them.
