ILLEGAL!!!??? If so, according to Baltimore ordinance, it was a LEGAL arrest and NOT as the inexperienced state attorney so BLATANTLY claimed in her press announcement on Friday. Maybe the cops should sue her !! Marilyn Mosby, the social justice raider, may have blown much of her 'slam dunk' case in her haste to charge the cops!
