We are in the offseason, so the things to talk about are dwindling. Anyways, I love seeing who the best players, or prospects, are in Ohio. My boy Marcus Hartman from the Dayton Daily News put this article out showing who some of the top SW Ohio, Dayton area, prospects are. I found it interesting that the #1 kid is listing an OSU offer.
