In light of Colin's news we wanted to make sure to address you all.
First off, I want to thank @Colin Gay for his contributions here over the last year. Most of you are familiar with the tough spot we were in last September. Colin came in and worked his tail off. He produced more content in the last ten months than most people do in two or three years. We wish him the best at his next stop and trust that he will do well. He’s going to be a star in this business.
That said, I know you all are likely thinking “More changes? What now?” In an ideal world, we would be able to tell you that today. Rarely do things happen in ideal fashion. We are down the road on some things and have confidence that they will be done soon and that you all will like them. Sometimes, timing isn’t your friend and things like contracts and prior agreements get in the way. We know what you guys have gone through with this site in the last 12 months. We appreciate each and every one of you who has chosen to stick it out with us. With our next step, the goal is not only to reward the loyalty of those of you who stood by us, but also to make the site an even better experience for you and for Ohio State fans who may not be here yet.
We can say with confidence that Rivals is supporting us in our next move and is focused on making this site worth your investment. We do not anticipate the delay of the next move to be very long and we do believe that as soon as we can make that move known it will be good for you all. We do have things in place to continue to bring you guys team and recruiting coverage in the short interim period. Fortunately we’re in July and not September this time around.
