Friends,
I know many of you aren’t huge NFL fans...
Especially with yet ANOTHER epic OSU versus Michigan game - that does determine whether we will continue our quest to yet another National Championship- just 2 LONG days away.. (I do understand we could lose to Michigan and beat Minnesota or Wisconsin and still make the playoffs, but losing both games could present a bit of an issue...) So lets just win both.... big...
Anyhow.....I digress... I am heading to Lorraine’s parent’s shortly. Her mom is Sicilian... and is an outstanding cook.. and she is actually pretty hot too (is that weird I just went there?? LOL...sorry... small freak show.....) Everything that is part of the Thanksgiving late lunch is simply outstanding... and her family is cool too.
I watched Saving Private Ryan this morning to get myself into the best possible frame of mind with regard to being so thankful for ALL of those that have sacrificed their lives.. or their personal pursuits of happiness... so we could have a clearer and easier path to OUR pursuits of happiness.... and to truly give thanks to all today... as.. as heartfelt and as deeply... and as authentically as possible...
Now... I am personally... really looking forward to watching these 3 games today...
Hopefully many of you all are watching the games - as part of your Thanksgiving ritual too - and will join me over the next 8-10 hours...
As you guys are my “Virtual (and real) All Things Football Family”...
I am truly BEYOND thankful for the Grove.. it’s incredible all star group of mods and EVERY SINGLE MEMBER HERE... and for all of the great friends I have made here over the past 16 years on this great site.
PLEASE chime in if you are watching ball today ( I know you all are... ).. We have a TON of Buckeyes playing today....
(**** and way before the pre season.. I wished the Browns would have kept QB David Blough >>> Drew Stanton. And kept Mayfield, Garrett Gilbert and David Blough as our 3 QB’s.. And..... I also wanted the Browns to draft Bo Scarborough in the very late 6th early 7th)... But.....Unfortunately.. Dorsey isn’t consulting with me on personnel decisions....yet.
