Second Wiseman and Meyer go way way way back....
here is what he had to say today...
"Coach Meyer was recently offered a contract that would have made him the highest paid coach in college football today.....
by the USC Trojans....
and turned it down.....
Shelley is dead set against him returning to coaching---and everyone is hopeful that the college football analyst gig will "scratch the itch" for him and satisfy his cravings to be involved with college football....
but Coach hates the perception that somehow "quitting" is part of his DNA....no matter how nonsensical that perception may be....
but he is already getting antsy.....
I'm hoping someday he returns to the sidelines for the Buckeyes...as crazy as that may sound..."
