Didn’t these brainiacs proclaim this to be “the New, New Years Eve tradition!”?
This years games aren’t remotely close.
And then we get to wait 16 days to play the Championship game. The hell? That’s nearly as long as the break between Conf Championship weekend and the Semis. How does that make sense?
Once the playoff games have been played, my interest is on the downside. I’ll watch UC vs BC and probably Tenn vs IU, but that’s the extent after New Years Day. And the Big 6 or whatever are all wrapped up by NYD? Why not spread them out to lead up to the Championship?
Why do they make things so much more difficult then they need to be. It’s like they have no desire to build up the anticipation to the Championship.
Sorry, I just looked at the Bowl game slate compared to my windows to watch games over the Holidays and became bitterly disappointed in my options.
