In the first 12 games of 2006 season, every time Troy dropped back I felt completely confident that he was going to make the right read, locate the right target, and make a great pass. The NCG destroyed that but the regular season was another animal.
From 2007-halfway through 2018 I hadn't felt that. Boeckman, Pryor, Braxton, JT were all like a sinking feeling in my stomach when they wound up lmao. Dwayne never made me so confident that every play was going to go well.
This feeling that I'm talking about is what you feel/felt when watching 2004-2009 Peyton, 2006-2014 Brady, 2019 Joe Burrow, Mahomes the past couple years, Drew Brees since he signed with NO, Russell Wilson in the pros.
Justin Fields I have that feeling for next year. God damn that Fiesta Bowl. I hope to never go back to that bowl location again. But Fields is going to be there for the Heisman next year. This might be the best QB season ever..... following the previous best 2 QB seasons ever.
