Stop right here, this is wrong. You cannot leverage military aid for favors of any kind. You certainly cannot do it to investigate your political opponents.

Now, the facts about Biden are as follows and are not in dispute:
1. Hunter Biden was not under investigation.
2. The company he was on the board for was not under active investigation. There is zero evidence to suggest that prosecutor being fired had any effect on his company at all.
3. The prosecutor was a part of the pro Russian former regime in Ukraine.
4. People resigned the prosecutors office in protest because he won't clean up corruption in Ukraine, which is what led to his leaving
5. He wasn't fired, he resigned.
6. In May, Lutsenko, then-Ukraine’s prosecutor general, told Bloomberg News: “Hunter Biden did not violate any Ukrainian laws — at least as of now, we do not see any wrongdoing.”
Lutsenko told Bloomberg that the prosecutor general’s office in 2014 — before Shokin took office — opened a corruption investigation against Zlochevsky and numerous others. He said the probe’s focus was Serghi Kurchenko, who owned a number of gas companies, and a transaction that occurred in November 2013, months before Biden joined Burisma.
Also worth noting, that this is only the White House version, which Trump has doctored before. He has no shame when it comes to hiding things in White House transcripts, as was reported.
