Insiders have any idea why Urban chose to keep Zach around? I know there is the Earl connection but i cant see keeping him around just because of that. I never thought the WR group lived up to there potential and now the report shows he even missed recruiting trips. I assumed the main reason he was on the staff was recruiting but it doesnt sound like he even took that as serious as he should have. You think he knew Zach had his issues and firing him would cause Zach to spiral out of control. Keeping him on staff, he could keep him under some type of watch and try to help with his issues. I'm not talking about the DV allegation I'm talking about all of the other issues. I think if there was DV he would of been fired on the spot. If this has already been discussed sorry.
