I didn't see it posted on here, but Urbana University closed this morning. They said that the virus was too much to overcome. However, they had been struggling greatly in terms of finances. They had even basically sold the school to Franklin University, which I believe is an online college. They were down to 350 traditional students living on campus this semester. They did have over a 1000 people taking classes online or through adult ed, or even in College Credit Plus, but it wasn't enough.

Former Buckeye Jim Cordle was the OC there. He left as a grad asst I believe to coach at Urbana. So he is now looking for a coaching position. The way things are right now, that is going to be tough, tough, tough.

As far as I can tell, the coaches found out like I did. They were tweeting this morning about being out and recruiting and yet the story broke.
