Regardless of your opinion about 'reproductive rights', this new law should give you pause. It hasn't been signed by the governor - YET ! AND no mention of Gov. Northam's idea of post-birth procedures. In my opinion this was never the intention of the 1973 Roe v/ Wade decision, rather, the extreme legislative outcome of it.
