I can't help but think with the way CFB is heading Mo C had it right. He should have been getting paid. He knew his body had only so many hits left on it and he should be getting paid big dollars in the NFL to take those hits. The system seems to be moving closer and closer to Mo C every day.

We are now hearing talks of a players association/union. The kids are making tons of money through NIL. Transfers are welcome without penalty. So players now have more freedom, make money and are rewarded for the money they bring to schools and coaches.

What happens when this new collective of college players funded by huge dollars decides to challenge the NFL rule of 3 years out of high school to enter the draft. There really is no good defense left....is there?

1. Kids aren't physically ready. REALLY does anyone think these kids who are massive and been in strength training programs for years couldn't play in the NFL at 19. Go look at some pictures of these kids they are absolute monsters.

2. Too much money too soon? Well they are now getting paid huge dollars. Driving Bentlys, and Mercedes Benz while in school. So that can't be it.

3. It's in their benefit to wait. Really....why? If they are going to take the hits, get paid, and develop why not do it under a professional NFL level coach?

4. They need to get an education. Well if they can make millions MORE going pro why is college that important. It's not. You go to college to earn more money. They can always go back and finish later. Let's not kid ourselves these kids ain't here to play school. It's a business and they say it all the time during the recruiting process. It's also why many kids transfer. To get playing time and show their talent sooner.

It's only a matter of time before lawyers argue that holding these kids back is detrimental to their earnings and health and there is no reasonable argument at this point to hold them back.
