I think he comes off as a humble, sincere, likable guy. Some coaches seem to have a "fire and brimstone" approach, but that doesn't seem to be Ryan's approach. Nor do I think we'll see him blow up at a reporter like some other coaches do. As far as I can tell, he acts like the consummate pro. What are your impressions?
