From Ohio State's perspective the 2016 class is nearly full and they are clearly being very selective as they come down the stretch....so what do they do at this point in time...??
To no one's surprise, Ohio State finds themselves in the rare air of college football royalty. Urban Meyer is one of the biggest--if not THE biggest name in all of the land. And the Ohio State brand has never been hotter, and it literally moves the dial with any recruit across the country.
Given the above, what Ohio State will do next is a mass outreach to five star players across the land----even in "non traditional" recruiting grounds for the Buckeyes. Look for Ohio State to scour California, Louisiana, and Alabama especially as they seek a few more kids to round out the class.
Committed to another school or not---if you are an elite prospect, you are going to be getting a communication from Ohio State to gauge interest.
I liken this to fishing, where Ohio State is casting their nets far and wide.
