why is my font size...

on this site only like really small..(keep your minds out of the gutter)... But i can barely read what I type in each post....
And it only occurs on this site......

Any suggestions to fix?..

obtw- I have tried the adjust the font sixe above but it will not allow me to click on to it..
It is stuck on 13
