Why is TXAM value so much higher then tOSU ?

Serious question for those in the know ... OSU fan base possibly/probably the biggest in the country.

OSU gets slightly more home attendance then TXAM per season.

OSU has much higher ratings on TV every year then TXAM.

What is it that TXAM does that makes them a higher valued entity ??

Just curious from anyone that would be in the know ... thx
