The Right vs. Workers

Yet another conservative victory for elites against the working class.

A sign of things to come as they've potentially gerrymandered yet another Congressional advantage in the coming weeks.

Workers will really feel it this time, the right will likely respond by telling them to re-litigate Covid shutdowns and pander about culture war issues like trans girls playing volleyball.

BETTING THREAD: WEEK 5 CFB / WEEK 4 NFL

Profitable weekend for the composite betting system. Made some adjustments to the algorithm and they seem to have worked so lets keep things rolling.

Nothing feels better than walking to the window and cashing tickets.. Over the course of the year though make no mistake, limiting your losses is the most important aspect to betting. You play to win yes, scared money don’t make money that’s also true, but going on tilt or going all in for some lock of the millennium is why every sportsbook is so nice.. because the average bettor is paying for it (except for Aria’s sportsbook in Vegas, that thing is unexplainably horrible lol). Bet responsibly out there folks.

We buy in one time around here. We cash out at the end. That’s it. Keep managing your bankrolls, and we will continue to do our best together. Stay focused, let’s have some fun and let’s win some money doing it

Tip sheets and data will be posted as I get it. Encourage you all to post your plays here. Ill have a YTD record update for the system posted here soon so you can see how its been doing.

Buckeyes beat Michigan State: 10 quick thoughts

The Buckeyes took care of business Saturday night, dispatching the Spartans 38-7. Here are 10 "Historical" thoughts about the Buckeyes after the game.

1. JJ Smith has the most one handed catches at this point in his career since Cris Carter. The kid is AMAZING!

2. The Buckeye player who's career will most benefit from JJ Smith is none other than Emeka Egbuka.

3. Will Howard WILL "WILL" (see what I did there? LOL) the Buckeyes to victory at some point this season. Does he remind anyone else of a more accurate Craig Krenzel?

4. How many O H's will Will Howard throw up this year after a rushing touchdown? In 4 games so far this year, he has 3. I put the O/U at 8.

5. Trey Henderson apparently went to the Zeke Elliott school of blocking this off season. His blitz pickups have been amazing!

6. Do you think the Buckeye defense was successful in fixing the lack of forced turnovers and sacks this off season?

7. Is Henderson - Judkins the best running back tandem at OSU since Archie Griffin - Pete Johnson?

8. The last time I've seen an offense this creative at OSU, Art Schlichter was dropping back into the shotgun for the very first time vs UCLA in 1980. We lost 17-0.

9. Mitchell Melton and Gabe Powers need to see more playing time.

10. Caleb Downs has arrived.

Honorable mention. I think the coaches really want to play Sayin more, but Devin is such a good kid, AND, he delivered in the clutch on third down.

Any chance for a Sluka on our team?

Just curious if what happened with Matthew Sluka--redshirting to preserve a year of eligibility for the portal-- could happen with any Ohio State players? Seems less likely given our coaches seem like they communicate well and our NIL Collectives seems like they are organized and do a decent job. The Buckeyes have played 4 games. So for any player that has played in all 4, this would be the last chance to preserve a redshirt to allow for extra eligibility with a transfer. Looking through the scholarship grid, looks like most of the ones who might consider it have already redshirted. The biggest one that I could see would be CJ Hicks. Any rumblings about this?
