Hey all,

I just wanted to confirm that Rivals100 defensive end Kenyatta Jackson Jr. will be taking a visit to Ohio State this week. His father says they will arrive in Columbus, and won’t be back home until Saturday.

This is a huge trip as Jackson already took a three-day official visit to the school at the end of last month. The Buckeyes currently reside in his top three along with Alabama and Oklahoma, per his father.

I think this is a neck-and-neck race with the Sooners, and I’m close to submitting a FutureCast in favor of tOSU. What stands out to me is that his father told me on Sunday a decision will come soon, and that Jackson Jr. is not going to visit Oklahoma again until the season (Sept. 11).

It’s very much possible that Jackson Jr. is blown away by this upcoming visit and he decides to shut things down and commits to Ohio State. There are a few higher DE priorities on the board right now, but I am inclined to believe his commitment would be accepted.

Overall, this is big news for Larry Johnson and Company.
