Anybody here watch high school football ? seems nobody goes to the games, or has opinions on high school ball. Well folks don't worry, i'll fill you in - my long awaited ohio evaluations are here. After scanning the top 60-70 players on 247 - i put together the players i thought were the best - guys on the list either had no film to look at (cogdon), or i just thought couldn't play.

st - CJ Sanna - I think he's better then Atkinson. Future AA. Bookmark this. Maybe he reminds me of clay matthews, i don't know, he atacks and tackles backs like a gazelle. 247 currently has him as the 35th best linebacker lol.
nd Will Conroy - lecharles bentley says hes best lineman EVER out of Iggy. I see it. Insane leverage, quickness attacking off ball, balance, and athleticism to move for a center.
rd - Sincere Johnson - gonna be hard for guys like Alford to see the field when Sanna and Sincere Johnson show up on campus. athletic and instinctual.
th panotowski - gamer.Gamer. Gamer. ….moxy....has some josh allen in him; throws off back foot while anticpating the correct throw on downfield progressions with a strong arm…….has great command presnap - pocket presence and feet are elite. .someone coming at him in pocket…starts sidestepping while keeping his lower body moving - and easily - without it even looking contested or under duress. also a pitcher; matt collaros vibes but a much better true passer.
th Preston fryzel - have you ever seen ben skowronek for la rams ? thats this kid. moves different; size mismatch.....6-4 220, and still growing; tight end wr flex.....mismatch. just transitions different - would kill it in days system. I compare him to other tight ends - 0 tight ends in the country move like him. Most wrs don't move like him.
th Sam greer - outside zone he starts rotating his body on the end to set the edge - setting the edge with angle as opposed to just trying to out man his opponent - big physical frame and bend, jeebus - 6 foot 8 size. Uses his size well to keep pass rushers away with his bend and hands…….gets better leverage then riley, can move you without putting you in a sumo match.
th elbert hill - short legs but super fast closing speed - reminds me of nate clements
th -Singleton - has the oveall athleticism to look the part for sure ; really quick feet and able to track ball in air
th Max riley - goodbase; square and power on contact as a pulling guard. Shows upper power whenlocked on. looks like he understands angles and when to get off a double to goto the second level - super super important stuff. Smart player. Feet, base, and athleticism appears would be a plus pass protector.
-relies on locking his guy up and winning the upper body as opposed to leverage - won't work withcollege boys - expect a lot of stalemates where he blocks his guy with his basebut isn't exactly knocking his guy off the ball but also can be an effectiveb lock due to locking him up and shading him on the angle
th favour akih - like him; not sure if i love him - shades of Israel Abanikanda. If you stretch it maybe cadillac williams. Iowa state knows how to evaluate backs
Elijah durham smith - long and lean but 260; has a really good pass rush move; as good or better pass rush move then the 220 d ends we just got....i think he gets an offer.
jamarcus whyce - 270 dt/de ……dayton wayne; much better run defender then robert landers at wayne imo; but not as much pass rush film..strong at point of attack pushing defender back with arms extended; strong run blocker likes straight up contact and stand you up and get off and get back on ground
emoni smith - safety - committed to louisville - great short area quickness and center of gravity - good film at wide receiver too. plays lot of corner; physical; combo versatile nickel type player
Cooper mccutchen -moeller - basketball player, natural athlete, not a bad run blocker for being a flex tight end. Natural route runner, similar to the tight end from oklahoma last year miller; but maybe a slight step down.
-Storm miller - really good at getting around blocks; strong upper body. Mainly just him stand up at end tho; not true inebacking
Nathan bernard
Henry ohlinger - rb from grandview
Lucas tielsch - looks like a college body; big boy left tackle; looks powerful. 6-7; 300. mountain of a human. like if steve rehring had a little better feet.
mason whilhelm - carries his body and base very well; very similar to riley to be honest.
rj holland - not sure he played much till this year at pick ? quicker trigger and faster then gebhart and plays pure corner
kaden gebhardt - the eli lee of safetys imo, more of a thumper run safety; which isn't bad - nothing flashed to me though
- devonte taylor - from the wideouts in ohio this year i think he's the best of the film i've seen.him or hill. light on his feet; little something to him like demetrius stanley.
- sam guthrie - ol miami trace - another mountain of a man; but - doesn't appear to me to be able to handle pass rushers the way greer can; looks little uncomfortable on the pass rush. Don't think he looks as smooth, stable, or natural as riley and greer in any part from a hands feet and coordination standpoint. To be clear - he is a mound - and if he gets technique cleaned up might be able to be a force of power but not someone I see a natural
Brayden fogle - great bball player - from lexington; same school as farmer stover; I mean he can really high point the ball.
Allen hill - athlete- 6-5 height, really really natural catcher and tracker of ball; best high point contest jump ball catcher in class. prbly even better then fogle. would just need route refinement and technique
Henry perrymond - 5-11 athletic corner; turns his body 360 running full speedeffortlessly; can turn his hips with knee in ground one way to get to the otherway effortlessly - change of direction is not a problem………..on some of these kick returns and stuff I question is long deep speed. Short routes think wouldbe excellent but seen wrs get a few steps on him where balls were underthrown.
Sam hamilton - from moeller as well, not as good an athlete as mccutchen; but heavier; plays directly on line more; more beef for run blocking; he can track the ball well too in pass game in passes that need reach.
demario clemons - penn state db commit; not tall, shows some promise
Weatherspoon -nothing stands out - ok he's a versatile athlete but what does he do well in college ? not good enough to be a wideout, at safety not physical enough. not a fan of his arm tackles; has some good triggers from safety; but not a hard hitter; strong tackler; and very undersized immature 170.
Braydent homas - iowa state safety commit, rangy safety, shows ability to be active and run the deep third
Marquise whipple - glenviille. Kid doesn't look bad at all.
Kobe clapper - linebacker - i'm sure rated too low. seems solid but not great
Jarin mock - qb - - guy has a big arm and a featherly touch; pretty interesting qb here. throws it similarto cardale
Pj mcfarlane - tight end lakota - long strider; maybe second best pass catcher behind fryzel - not great cutter but on long ball goes and gets it on a swerve to corner
Milan paris - wr iowa state - strong deep speed and straight speed mechanics, somehow this guy gets open by 10 plus yards
P jmcfarlane - tight end lakota - long strider; maybe second best pass catcherbehind fryzel - not great cutter but on long ball goes and gets it on a swerveto cornerS
nathan zapetelli - ol
shawn fishwick - wr iowa state

rickets - i don't see a player but am working with sophomore or frosh film. shan alston did not flash

honestly feeling like i have weatherspoon rated too high - what do you think ?
