Based on the Browns draft history since they returned to the NFL in 1999, most draft picks seem to bust out. And I like Devin a lot. I'd hate to see him be cursed by being a Browns draft pick.
That said I really dont want tge Browns to take him for te teams sake. Devin Smith has NFL bust written all over him. He's got two assets: Great deep ball tracking & speed speed speed.
Everyone runs fast in the NFL. He's not going to be able to just run the 9 all day. He's going to need to run the whole route tree. He's going to need to make grabs across the middle.
