Earlier today, Ohio State's basketball program added a third verbal pledge to their 2021 class as top-40 overall target Malaki Branham committed to the program.
I spoke with Danyelle Love, who is the travel coach and program director for the AAU team Branham plays for in Akron, and one of his teammates, Trey Woodyard, as well. Check out the piece below for their thoughts on the Buckeyes' newest commit, and who he is as both a person and a player.
"Malaki is the peacemaker. He just wants to make his basketball environment as positive as possible. He's definitely a coach's dream on and off the court. He's going to do what it takes to make his situation positive so he can play in a positive surrounding."
