Anyone ever strain their lower back? And if so, is it possible to aggressively rehab/heal from this so I can keep working out?
I have been getting up at 4:30am for over a month to work out and I am enjoying this routine because I have no excuses to not work out later. Just sucks that this happened when it did. Oddly all I was doing to cause it was walking. My wife and I went to New York for the Rutgers game and we walked everywhere (about 15 miles a day). I'm 45 and 6' and 200lbs, so I'm about 20 pounds overweight, but I didn't thinks that I was that bad out of shape that walking would cause a lower back strain.
