I’m 5 years into my 20 year which is at 3.12 and just realized how low 15 year rates are.
Any recommendations? I found one at 2.25% with partial credit for closing costs but am guessing there is lower.
For this buying vs. refi Third Federal is at 1.99% with no points. But its 2.29 on refi. I like starting with them as they are one of the few to still post rates on their website. I hate needing to call everyone now.
