My wife has been chronically it with Epstein Barr for over 20 years.
She also has Hyperthyroid, Asthma,frozen shoulder and other minor stuff.
She has a comfort window of about 2 degrees F.
She can't stand being cold!
I told her I discovered a way that she could be healed of all that inflamation..(and everthing is inflamation! )..... Be totally healed!
It wakes up our immune system!! It goes into fight or flight with the cold.
But I told her she would never do this!
She went straight out in the pool. She's done it every day since.
I feel fine, but I was so impressed with her, I couldn't be a pussy and not do it ,too!
Granted, it's only been 10 days now... of getting in our pool (40 degrees)... buck naked for a few minutes. Nothing close to Wim, but wow!
