Te'Shan Campbell is transferring from Pitt to The OSU. He was the 165 lb ACC champ and went 2-2 at the NCAA Championship. It may be possible that he doesn't need to sit out a year by being given a full release. I'm not clear on the specifics of that rule if someone can clarify.
