I share concern with others recently regarding the Buckeyes being "over the 85 limit" and depending on attrition to solve the problem. I went back 4 years to see how many kids 8 popular programs had placed on scholarship (2017-2020 according to Rivals).The issue is obviously not limited to Columbus:. Alabama and Texas A & M 100, Michigan 99, Georgia 97, Penn State 94, LSU 93, Buckeyes 89, Clemson 82. Obviously the above numbers are subject to certain variables such as late signings, redshirting, greyshirting, etc.
