I just received confirmation that a pair of Ohio-based 2022 prospects are slated to camp at Ohio State next month.
Isaiah Jones, a 6-foot-2, 215-pound linebacker, tells me that he will be conducting a private workout in front of Al Washington on June 16. Brian Parker, a three-star offensive lineman out of Cincinnati, says he will be at the program’s last camp of the month on June 22.
We’re still exchanging messages, but Jones told me that he has been in contact with Washington. An offer has not been discussed yet, but Washington does want to see Jones on the field and how he performs.
Parker, on the other hand, says he has not been in touch with Greg Studrawa or the rest of the staff.
We’ll have more after their visits, but I thought the Jones news was particularly interesting.
