I understand in recruiting the NIL package potential is most likely discussed during the process. IN the case of Ewers who was at OSU, had some NIL deals, had not had a chance to even play, hell did he even have a locker assigned yet or go to a class? Are there any rules or ways to monitor if wealthy alumni from Texas come in and start talking to Ewers and his family and say hey he isn't playing and he isn't playing next year. Here is the package we have to offer if he transfers to UT. Can alumni look for these situations, talk to players and essentially play on their frustration and bid for their services?
