When I played football (back in the stone age!!) TEs & receivers were not allowed to interfere with the DBs trying to guard their man. What I have been seeing is that both pro and college teams are using the pick play routinely in every game. Yesterday I saw the Hoosier TE block ( I think it was Werner) about 10 yards upfield while the receiver cut across and was wide open for a big gain.

My question...is that legal??
