Question...Preseason odds for CFB Natty....

I just saw a list that had OSU as 4 best odds at winning it all....BUT...to my total amazement they have scum listed AHEAD of teams like Oklahoma , USC , Washington, Wisconsin among many others ...WHY ??? what the heck has hairball and company done to continuously get such undeserved respect ???
