I went to the Division 1 state semi-final for boys H.S. basketball this evening at UD Arena. Huge matchup between Centerville and Pickerington Central. I'd seen Gabe Cupps multiple times, but it was my first time seeing Devin Royal. After watching the game, I can say he's definitely the real deal. The kid was an absolute beast out there, and was nearly unstoppable at times. He has great length, good athleticism, and a good touch on his shot. I think the Bucks got a good one. Ending up being a heck of a game, with Pick Central edging Centerville at the end of the game.
