Anyways, I'll be walking around with Arnold on his security detail again this year. It is a really fun gig. Any of you guys who happen to see me, please say hello. If it is during his walk through the Expo, I may be busy paving the way. Im looking forward to the Strongman stuff, as they've increased the weight in all the events, including the 300 lb dumbbell that they have to single arm snatch(was 274).
I'll post some of the musings from the event from time to time. Looking forward to meeting some of you guys.
